Inside the museum you can admire the collections donated to the town of Camogli by the sailors: paintings, photographs of sailing ships, ship models, ship building tools, watches, precious heirlooms, memories and documents, pictures, bills of lading, navigation books, navigation instruments of all times (sextants, octants, compasses, sundials). There are over one hundred paintings by local artists and even more, dating back from 1750 to 1915: painters such as Angel Harps, Jose Pineda War, WH Yorker, and others, items collected over years by Gio Bono Ferrari. Some display cases show books with the history of sailing boats. It also preserves relics of Garibaldi.
